New Request
Customer submitted the quote. Admin notified immediately by email.
02 — pending
Under Review
Admin picked it up and is working on pricing. Internal stage.
03 — quoted
Quote Sent
Priced and dispatched. Customer receives full item table by email. Expiry countdown begins.
04 — negotiating
Negotiating
Customer requested changes. Both parties are in active dialogue.
05 — accepted
Accepted
Customer accepted the pricing. Admin is notified. Ready for order conversion.
06 — ordered
Converted
WooCommerce order created from the quote. Terminal state — fully tracked.
07 — rejected
Rejected
Customer declined, or admin closed. Can be re-opened to Under Review.
08 — expired
Expired
Auto-closed when valid_until passes. 3-day warning email sent in advance.
